This location is biased to their preferred customers. Waited for 25 minutes then a customer comes in and goes straight to stylist without waiting. They then place our name “on deck” as if he was getting the haircut. Basically there’s no continuity with checking in online or in person. Looks to me like that they base your service by the language you speak.
